Jeffrey C. Stevens Mr. Stevens holds a Masters degree in Geography and worked in regional planning for five years. He was a project manager for a major environmental firm serving prominent clients such as New York/New Jersey Port Authority and large oil companies. His wide range of experience in the construction industry ranges from hands-on fieldwork to construction management. He has overseen the start and growth of several specialty construction firms. Contactors of all sizes have consulted with him on various management issues, including sales, training, procurement and quality control.

Kathy L. Bailey Ms. Bailey holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and was the executive director of an organization involved in housing construction. She served as a project manager for both large and small projects at an international design/construction firm. As facilities planner of a large engineering company, she planned and supervised office reconstruction projects. She has consulted to organizations on data management, business planning, quality assurance and project tracking. She specializes in processing information gathered from clients and organizing it into concise, usable presentations.
