Painter/Illustrator born in Redondo Beach California, 1967. He attended Colby College, Maine (1985-1989 Philosophy/Performing Arts Major), Montserrat College of Art (1992-1995), where he received a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and in 2004 graduated with a Masters of Fine Arts degree from New York Academy of Art in New York City. He has also studied with the figure Painter, Robert Coane at L'Atelier. In addition to his classical education, Jeff has traveled around the world, living in Beijing, London and working for Mother Theresa in Calcutta. Jeff lives and works in New York City.

Over the years the goals of the work have changed evolved. The one thing that remains constant is the study of drawing. The current work is focused on portraits where the subject tells the artist what they love and the artist wished to make the subject's dream come true in the drawing.
